Had a great rental car experience with Enterprise. The staff was very courteous and I was offered a free upgrade because I had to wait a bit to get the car. Everything was very professional and I would definitely rent again from them

I do have one minor question on the billing BUT.....Last minute on the week of my daughters Spring Break, I rented a vehicle from the Enterprise on Auto Dr, in Boise. They found a way to get me a vehicle close to what I needed on short notice. Gabby was professional and courteous and we were out the door in no time. The rental period, unexpectedly needed to be extended longer and the email notifications with the confirm/modify option were simple to use and very concise. I was able to extend on a need to basis. Mgr Chris at the 222 S Auto Drive, Boise location is an outstanding guy to work with - super friendly and helpful. Car was great, and it was an easy rental process from start to finish.

This Enterprise team went out of their way to meet my needs, after the Airport and other Enterprises in Boise completely dropped the ball. Note: Just because you have booked a reservation six weeks earlier, confirmed it a week ahead of time, and again a day ahead of time, does not mean you will actually get a car. I did not--read below. But the next day this office got me wheels. If you arrive early in the morning or late at night, you might get what you want.
