One poorly trained young employee who doesn't have time to be in the store to take care of customers.
The rental car I received from Enterprise was relatively new and handled very well.
Was told by the main office that they had a car, and could deliver it. This office said they would not deliver but I could pick the car up at 4:30. Had to get an Uber there and at 3:50 I was told that they did not have a car, and by that time it was too late to cancel the uber. Luckily I was able to go to Newport to get a car and that office was extremely nice. Will never use Alexandria Enterprise ever again!!
Not always readily available on the same day but they do their best and I've had a lot of success getting cars right away. Of course they're always clean if there's a problem they get you another one. local locations are always a little understaffed so be prepared for that and plan for extra time and possible vehicle pick up location changeouts.
