Car rental agents Nick and Mason at this location were both awesome and offered exceptional customer service. Will definitely come back here if I need to rent another car. I do have one suggestion for you guys: when you ask a customer for their car insurance policy number, please offer them the option to write it down or show it on their phone to you rather than just having them saying it aloud in front of other customers who may be recording or saving that info for themselves. These guys are tip top I've used all the rental car agencies for 90% of the year for the last two and a half years and Enterprise is by far my favorite and easiest to deal with even in accidents and just a bunch of good people everywhere that I've worked with them all over the country.
