Shout out to Zack and Adam at the Enterprise location on Kipling near I-70! Super friendly, best customer service, clean car. Awesome job!
Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait 45 minutes for our vehicle. The rental office closes at 2pm on Sundays, and because it was Labor Day weekend, they were closed on Monday. They don't stop billing until they have the keys in hand...and the key drop doesn't count. We dropped the car Sunday evening (24 hours after pick up), but had to pay through TUESDAY MORNING because of their schedule!
Guys here rock! Top notch customer service!
They went out of their way to help me when I had switch cars because one of the people who was riding with me was having trouble getting in and out of the one that they'd given me. First rate will definitely recommend from now on.
