Honestly, I needed a car for a one way trip and enterprise was less expensive and more convenient than public transportation. I had a great experience, it was easy, and enjoyable.

This was my second experience (within several years) and exceeded the first by far! Olivia truly provided excellent care and service. Her ability to understand and assess the situation (I was dropping off from a different location), and provide logical next step solutions was a breath of fresh mountain air from this out of towner. Next time I need a vehicle, I will not hesitate to inquire here first! Thank you, Olivia!

They called us 7 minutes prior to our reservation to inform us that the vehicle we booked yesterday was not available. Poor business practices and I personally wouldn’t trust them or do business with them again. Thankfully we didn’t have anything too serious going on today but I hate to imagine needing the car for something more urgent.
