The staff I always work with are awesome, and somehow have always comes through to save me from my accident prone (not the cars), unfortunate, no sense of timing, and "if I had any luck it would be bad luck" self. Thanks for being awesome team Enterprise Lacey!
I have always been pleased with the customer service and my overall experience renting with Enterprise. Whether receiving an upgrade due to a request made for my rental that wasn't available or the pickup/dropoff shuttle service, the employees at Enterprise truly go beyond to ensure you have a positive experience and for that I am grateful.
We are dedicated customer. when I travel we will choose your enterprise. My disappointment at the Carpenter, Lacey office I rented two different weekends and the vehicles were really dirty outside. Thank you for the 15% discount. I took vehicle to get it washed. Staff was great in this location. Olivia and Aubrey was very informative! The Olympia location staff, Matt was somewhat rude when I was told "Story Short" was addressed when I was seeking help regarding a rental I reserved.
