Had an amazing experience. Had a reservation, but had to wait 2 hours for a vehicle. It was not a huge issue at all and I can not fault the location for vehicles being returned late. The vehicle was awesome and was super clean. I had an inquiry after the location closed, but Olivia got back to me the next day which was assuring. Returning the vehicle was quick and easy with no issues. It came out a lot cheaper than expected so definitely will be returning in the future.

I have rented from Enterprise multiple times now. The staff is always very pleasant to work with. They explain everything I need to know about the car so I am comfortable driving it. I appreciate their customer service as well. You won’t be sorry
I had called a couple other rental cars agencies and they were either difficult to work with, hard to reach, or the price was too high. My neighbor then recommended the Enterprise on Carpenter Road, and I tried them out and they were super easy and an excellent price. I think it was Olivia that checked the car out for me, and she was very nice and thorough on noting any scratches that were on the car belore I took it away.
