Very poorly run office. The extra star is for the good competitive rates. Office is manned by only one Agent. No car was available when I came in at the specified rental time. I was offered a pick up truck instead, which I declined. The only other car available was a SUV that was just being washed after return. I had to wait 30 minutes before the car became available. The agent left the office to retrieve the car, and in the meantime, 3 to 4 other customers came in and had to wait as well. Although I ordered an economy car, ... read more
Friendly service. I was told the car I was renting had adaptive cruise control but it didn’t.
Had an appointment. Got there, and they have no cars. What's the point of having an appointment? No communication at all
Very accommodating location, even with a busy morning our rep tried to be quick and efficient.
