We had a good experience at this location , both times , The manager rica very nice and got us in and out in 15 min ,, always very helpful , will be coming back to this location for my rentals , after we had a very bad experience in Ontario airport interprise , she was very nice, thank u rica !!! 👍😊

At the Easvale location in CA. The cars are rented unsanitary and in any condition. When brought to the attention of staff Rima provided a lack of understanding and professionalism. I was rented a car with a broken key fob that caused a major inconvenience to me, not being able to use the vehicle for several days due to misplacing the fob and not being able to attach it to a keychain. Very poorly run office. The extra star is for the good competitive rates. Office is manned by only one Agent. No car was available when I came in at the specified rental time. I was offered a pick up truck instead, which I declined. The only other car available was a SUV that was just being washed after return. I had to wait 30 minutes before the car became available. The agent left the office to retrieve the car, and in the meantime, 3 to 4 other customers came in and had to wait as well. Although I ordered an economy car, ... read more
