Very disappointing experience. My identity was verified, and the staff confirmed I was not the person with the negative rental history, yet I was still denied a rental because someone else with my last name had previous issues with Enterprise.
On Thursday, July 9, 2026, I had a reservation to pick up a rental vehicle from the Enterprise neighborhood branch in Salisbury, NC. Knowing I was running late, I called the branch before they closed and explained my situation.
