My husband and I had a deplorable experience at the Enterprise in Hesperia. First off, I am a cancer patient who was made to wait 2-1/2 hours to get our car. We had only 1 person in line ahead of us, but a 2-1/2 hour wait? We were told several times, this is your car only to have someone else get the car ahead of us.
