Poor customer service! When you call you are put on eternal hold and then the office conveniently hangs up on you! Guess you have to show up in person and stare them down to get service! They don’t deserve one penny!
We rent from Enterprise on Lehigh St frequently and all of the sales persons there are knowledgeable and personable. Each experience is consistently pleasant and hassle free. Highly recommend.
I wish there was a way to say no stars or even negative stars. I have never been so displeased with Enterprise then I am right now and i am a Plus Member. The lack of respectful service and being talked down to has me just standing with my mouth wide open in asstonishment. WOW. I expected people my junior to at least show respect to someone their elder and a disabled veteran at that. Please think twice before renting from them
Enterprise applied a $25 junk fee for a $1.50 toll charge and would not refund. Many surrounding highways are tollways. You can pay $12 a day for enterprise's toll tag, or set up a time-limited pay-by-plate account within 14 days of incurring tolls. I did pay-by-plate. If you go east, you will immediately change from central to eastern time; it's easy to accidentally set your pay-by-pate account to eastern instead of central time. I made this mistake. The enterprise here in topeka kansas is absolutely shit. The people were rude when I simply asked if I could look in a vehicle to see how big it was .. every single time we rent a vehicle it is not what we are told or reserved. Do not reserve shit online they will fuck you every way. This company is so unorganized on who is using what and when. Can't guarantee shit even though you are requesting a month a head of time. Please allow me to begin by stating several facts upfront: 1. I have been a loyal customer, renting mostly from this location for over 15 years. 2. I have spent a considerable amount of hard-earned money over time, and am also an "Enterprise Plus" member, for what it is worth (apparently not much). We arrived about 30 minutes before our pickup time and there was a room full of other people waiting, which was the first bad sign. Everyone had reservations and no one was being addressed. The one behind the counter was helping people one by one, but not acknowledging the room full of waiting people, whose pick up time had long passed. Sorriest Retntal car agency I have ever dealt with. I have rented many cars in the past, but Thomaston Enterprise is by far the WORST I have ever dealt with. I would give them a 0 stars, but the site won't let me. Despite reserving a vehicle for 8:00 AM a WEEK in advance, They called me 1 day in advance to tell me I could not have my vehicle till 11;00 AM. That will cause me to be late for a business meeting. Unlike my experiences with other locations, she didn't make excuses or create unnecessary delays.
