I didn't realize location was closed at 1:00 on a Saturday because Friday and Saturday are big tourism days so I don't understand why on the biggest tourism days of the week they're closed seems counterproductive I would like to see better business hours

Reserved a car 2 weeks ago from the Pine Bluff Arkansas location for a family trip so we didn’t have to take 2 cars. Drove a hour out the way to pick it up and no car! No text! No call! No email! The woman had a terrible attitude and when we asked her a question she just walked off. 2 other people in there and same thing. Reservations and no car. And terrible attitude from worker . What’s the point in a reservation? And communication would have been nice. After called customer service and nothing from that rude worker either... read more
Great experience from start to finish!
I had a bad experience with the office in Pine Bluff in the past and it actually started out on the wrong note but in the end I can not complain about it at all! It all turned and all good with the customer service improving!
