As soon as a pulled out I had a flat tire. Ryan was very quick to assist and provided great options and service when swapping out the car.
Our experience with Enterprise at the Charlotte airport is always a good one! Staff are courteous, cars are clean, safe and run well, and access and return are easy and well run. Shout out to Jose who handled our return this week! He was just great!
Effortless! From scheduling and arranging online... to the pickup and return process, this was a great experience and truly super easy.
Everything was good when I reserved my vehicle online. When I got to the Charlotte Airport we decided that we needed to add another driver so I went into the desk instead of the quick check in process. The front desk person told me that O can do this outside, basically not wanting to help us and making faces as if it was an inconvenience to get help from him. Very bad customer service.
The vehicle we picked up was great mechanically, but the car wasn't clean (leftover food and trash in the car) and not vacuumed in the back. The most disappointing thing about our rental experience was that we had pre-registered and received an email stating we could go right to the Enterprise lot to pick up our vehicle. Instead, there was no one at the Enterprise office upstairs, and we had to go back to the National Rental counter downstairs to pick up a car from them because Enterprise was "closed" at 4:00 pm on a weekday... read more
