I’m extremely disappointed with my recent rental experience with Enterprise. We reserved a premium SUV, expecting a clean and well-maintained vehicle — what we received was the complete opposite. The SUV smelled strongly of smoke, the interior was filthy, and the exterior looked like it had just come back from off-road use, covered in dirt and mud. Fast service. Nice people. A little light on cars, but that's the business, right? Pickup and return were both fast and easy. The bill was as quoted. The car ran fine.
