Very easy; quick; great customer service When Hertz dropped the ball on me, I needed to act quickly to rent a vehicle. The CLT Douglas airport Enterprise came through beautifully! Online booking was quick and easy, and the onsite staff were very helpful and friendly. Perhaps because they weren't busy at the time, I got my choice of vehicle at the same rate. Turns out that rate was better than Hertz anyway! This is my second experience with this Enterprise, and I feel confident choosing them FIRST next time. Thank you!
