Enterprise at Columbia SC, the worst service I have ever received. Highly suggest you record every call and correspondence with them. They don’t have phone lines so their own corporate team cannot get ahold of them and their phone number in their email and on their website will not get you to the local branch. Great overall experience. I will definitely choose Enterprise again.
Review for Enterprise Metropolitan airport. Totally disgusted, reserve a vehicle, Millie at desk told me I cannot use my credit card- I needed a debit card, drove 25 minutes to go get another credit card, came back with my Bank of America card, she told me rudely she does not take that card either. The guy who she checked in before me she was super nice to him- he even gave her his phone number. Very unprofessional. Spent 4 hours at two locations trying to get a vehicle I never got.
Charged my credit card for the 3 day rental $172 plus $300 “deposit “. Charged my card an additional $195 when I returned the car. Ended up with a credit card charge of triple the cost of the rental. Bad practice and NOT customer friendly.
The garage location guy was good. Aside from him, it would be a 1 star. I was left without a car after getting confirmed. When I asked, I was told I was #7 in the queue and no cars were returned at that point which was already late in the day. No help in securing another vehicle, they left it up to me to do it all again. Only cars that were 50% or more were left and though I only needed 1 day, I had to get 2 days because of the holiday.
