1-Star Review because I couldn't leave zero. I had a very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location with Jonathan Gill. My rental, which was already paid for, was having mechanical issues, and I came in expecting help with an exchange so I could safely continue my trip. I recently rented an enterprise vehicle through Priceline. The need for the rental car was unexpected but I had a great experience from pick up to drop off. I even accidentally left a pricy personal item in the car. It was turned into lost and found and I was notified that the item had been found and was able to retrieve it. I appreciated the customer service and honesty. I was so grateful to get my item back. I will definitely rent from enterprise again.
I hate it here. All my flights was canceled because of the weather but no accommodations was made for me and my kids we had to sleep at the airport when we are from out of town
Love the staff they all super professionals thanks to everyone
Drop off zone very easy in and out . Pickup zone is very easy also.
