Gabby at Enterprise in La Plata made our Enterprise experience outstanding. She was working all by herself and managed everything flawlessly.
Canceled our van the night before we were scheduled to pick it up. Had nothing to offer us except I’m sorry and a smaller vehicle. Ridiculous. Update: reached out same day as requested. All she could do was “elevate” my complaint. Never heard back. Terrible business model- will be using a competitor like Budget or Hertz from now on.
