My experience was great. The office is small, but was never overcrowded. The car was ready on time and very clean. I needed to get to the dealership after dropping the rental car off and Ryan and Kenneth offered to drop me off. That was MUCH appreciated! I thought I was going to need an Uber, so they saved me money. Thanks Ryan for sitting in traffic for us!
A 10+ plus experience. Every employee I had contact with was professional and friendly. Not happy I had an accident but they made experience less painful. Do yourself a favor if you need a rental car go to Enterprise!
Great customer service now there is new staff at the LaPlata location!
