Took my sister to pick up a rental in South Holland. Great staff. Jasmine was absolutely wonderful! Friendly, listened and took an active interest in my sister's concerns.
Great customer service and the staff had me in and out quickly! My representative Eli was very friendly and professional!
I was notified at 5:30 pm that the vehicle that I reserved two weeks ago was not available at the store. Horrible customer service
