I rented a vehicle for a few days. I was told 14 days to pay any tolls. I have an illinois Ipass transponder but I passed a few tolls in Indiana. I paid cash at 2 but 1 toll was on a bridge and I was unaware. That toll for $8.75. I received an email regarding this unpaid toll and a citation plus charge from Enterprise for $25.00. I have spent several hours on the phone trying to pay the $8.75 toll. I finally spoke with someone who said today is the 13th or 14th day and I should have created a pay by plate account.
