Did rentals through here for work. They knew me by name and had me in and out in minutes. Three years and a new job later they still remember me by name. Customer service was great, the car was clean and freshly washed, and no scary additional charges after drop off. I’ll be coming here for all future rental needs.

My husband reserved a car online for pick up today and when we got there, they told us that the car that he had reserved for was brought in damaged by the previous customer and told us they couldn't rent us the car. They also said that they didn't have any other car available for us?? I don't like their customer service here. They need to be trained better.
We had rented an suv for vacation 2 months ago and when we went to pick it up it was not available due to a problem with the SUV we had reserved. Apparently there are no other vehicles in the area available. This means we have to drive 2 of our own vehicles on a 10 day road trip to the west coast and back, since none of ours will hold 6 people. Their response thus far is we're overbooked, sorry nothing we can do. So you cannot expect a vehicle or any compensation for the lack of one. You are just out of luck.
