Initially booked through an insurance claim in early July, my local Enterprise offices have botched every step of the process. Their mistakes and lack of attention to the details of my reservation have caused unwarranted delays, missed work and many other related problems. After having a reservation for a month- the day of pickup - half hour before- they tell us no cars available. Edit: Hi Kim- out of curiosity , I did end up contacting you through the info provided but only to be told your policies on how cars are not guaranteed. If I rent a car a month in advance- I should be guaranteed a car- don’t take my card info and give me confirmation numbers then. And don’t tell me a half hour before I have to pick it up and leave me in limbo all day because I could've made other arrangements. I know... read more
