Every time I’ve rented a car at enterprise, their customer service was A1. They put me in something that I asked for or similar to it. If you have a problem with the vehicle, they have no problem. Just switching the vehicle out and putting you in a new one and the workers are so polite And they explained things on a level where you could understand
