We tried Enterprise and I cannot recommend it. There's straight up fraud going on in some cases such as how they categorize their cars. Then, there's rarely any available inventory. Instead, you have to gamble on whatever just came in just before you arrived. In my case it was cars with bad brakes, smells, etc., which nearly killed me several times in the handful of times a vehicle was rented.
