I have not rented a car in many years because of the service I have been provided by other companies. I don't have to worry about that anymore because I will now use Enterprise in Fullerton for all my renting needs! The service I was provided was top notch. I worked with Jen, Lindsay, Justin, and Sydnie, and they were all FANTASTIC. They were busy and working hard, but they never made me, or anyone else who came into the office, feel like we weren't the most important person who walked in. Staff is very rude! Supervisor or manager whatever she wants to call herself. Very unprofessional! Hung up on me. Lied and said phone disconnected! They need to go ahead and have another turn over in staff! This staff ain’t it! Cars don’t even get cleaned out! Since this staff has been here cars have not been cleaned. I still take it as I have no choice! They will over charge you! I got over charge when they should have just gave me the vehicle back. Charged me extra day! I often rent cars from this location, and I just rented another one from here again. But to my disappointment, the car wasn’t even cleaned, and the automatic trunk button doesn’t work at all. Is this a scam? I’m paying for a service here. I’ll never return to this location again, but I’m sharing photos and videos so that other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

Very communicative throughout the entire rental and return process. Very quick to pick us up and return us back to the Amtrak station after the rental was over. Provided a nice vehicle, very friendly and helpful.
