I have rented several vehicles through Enterprise Tri-Cities TN airport over the past 4 years. The vehicles rented at this location are typically very clean compared to most Enterprise locations. Their friendly team is exceptional to work with and I would highly recommend everyone to rent vehicles from Enterprise if they are traveling into TRI.
Rented from here a few times never left a review, always good but awesome service from Beth last night quick and proficient
Great experience! Picked up a vehicle at another airport and that was the most unpleasant interaction with an agent, ever. However, when I dropped off to this location, Jacob M was THE BEST and most friendly agent. He even took care of an unnecessary charge from the pickup location.
Very interesting but very nice people.
