Nef was great with customer service. But two things that keeps me coming back to a business is communication and integrity. I reserved for a return time of 5pm. I thought my reservation included this return time but on the day I was supposed to return the vehicle I realized the contract I signed was for a time I didn’t agree to. Ms. Neffy was an amazing help during my time of frustration with my car and insurance paying. She worked with me and got me taken care of from start to return. The whole staff is a joy to work with. The car was very clean and well maintained. And I got to drive a Mercedes Suv for the first time. I might trade in my Suv and upgrade 🤔

My experience at this particular location was exceptional. From the customer service to the vehicle availability, to the follow up on how our experience was, top-notch service all the way. I highly recommend this particular location above other local locations I have rented from in the past. You will be very pleasantly surprised. :o)
