Great rental experience.
Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have had to rent twice in the past month. Both times last minute emergencies. The entire staff was amazing, I can not stress that enough. Dealing with a family health crisis, I have been very stressed to say the least. Great group of young men working at the Portsmouth location. All were very polite & helpful. 1st car I picked up wasn’t what I expected, but they were able to get another one the next day!
Superb customer service and great vehicles! Couldn’t be happier! Matt was excellent and attentive. This was my first time renting a car and he made me comfortable and was happy to answer all of my questions!
Ive used the Portsmouth branch several times and they are always great to talk to and very helpful every time! Definitely recommend renting a vehicle here if you ever need one!! Also decently priced so it doesn’t break the bank!
