We made a reservation for a rental SUV to drive on a vacation. Showed up to pick it up and we were told “There’s been a slight hiccup, we don’t have a vehicle for you.” The person we dealt with showed very little sympathy and acted like it was no big deal that we made a 40 minute drive to their location for nothing and now wouldn’t have a vehicle in time for our vacation.
