Be aware of your $300 deposit. I have returned the car back in July waited 2 weeks for the refund and never got it. Filed a dispute and it kept going around them claiming it was refunded. On the transaction receipt it says Amex refund but the funds were never deposited in my account. I informed the bank and they also saw no pending transactions. Would never again rent with Enterprice again. I should had just left the car under a bridge instead of returning it, for yall to find it with the GPS tracker instead.
This is a very good place to rent a vehicle. The service is fast and the car I rented was very nice.
Timely handling of all my concerns and went above and beyond.
