Everything was great & I could leave it at the repair shop when my car was ready
Briefly mentioned I needed a new car and the girl who works there put me a car salesman list. Carlos now calls me 5 days week. I never said he could call me or hound me.
From the beginning of the rental to the end, staff were professional, friendly and had a great sense of humor. That helps in these times! I will definitely rent from Enterprise again. Christana is a definite asset to Enterprise and so is the gentleman whose name I don’t know who was there last night. He was awesome! Might’ve been.Kayvan? Hands down one of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Chris was amazing both times. Understanding, patience, kind, happy. Words can’t express. Both times my car is in the shop so it’s already a stressful moment but Chris manages to make the process easy and fast.
