Brittany and Nancy worked to get our seven passenger Durango as a compliment to our 15 passenger van which would not have held our luggage. They did a great job, and check in and check out were both simple and fast.
Made an online reservation, went to pick it up they told me they’re sold out and had given my reserved vehicle to someone else. Meanwhile there were at least 10 vehicles on their lot. Did not even attempt to assist finding another rental. I’ve used enterprise for over 15 years. Definitely never the Morehead location again.
If I could leave a 100/100 I would. Nancy at this location is the best. She is always helpful and nice! This is my go to rental place. Nancy deserves a raise!
