Rented a very nice, dependable SUV.
Reserved a car overnight. Only to get a call the next morning saying no cars available. They had 4-5 when I made my reservation.
I've been a customer of this Enterprise location for years, but since the manager Nancy left, the service has gone downhill fast. The last three times I've reserved a specific vehicle weeks in advance, it wasn't available when I arrived. On top of that, getting a return call is nearly impossible, and I'm currently on hold for over 15 minutes while writing this review. The customer service that once set this location apart is gone, and it's becoming difficult to justify continuing to rent here.
100% great place to rent a car
Nancy is incredible, always accommodating, and should be recognized for managing this location with the utmost professionalism.
