Had to pick up a rental was not ready also they kept switching what vehicle we was supposed to be receiving and when they told us what vehicle it needed new tires and we’re supposed to wait and undisclosed time and the whole time we was waiting had a service member waiting two hours and his vehicle still wasn’t ready
We were supposed to get our rental car on a Saturday before 12. That Friday afternoon we were told we now had to wait until Monday to get the rental. That Monday morning, we were told oh there's nothing available for us despite having a reservation standing for a week. Despite having had that reservation for a week, we were told we had to wait for others to get their rentals first.
They will change the rates during your long term rental and tell you it’s just the way it is. If you need a long term rental, use a different company. Not specifically tied to this location. Even though at this location I was told my rates wouldn’t change.
