I had the pleasure of being helped by Gurpreet, a manager in training at the Leesville Enterprise, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was fully accommodated. She handled everything at the counter completely on her own, without any assistance, and still delivered an outstanding level of service. I truly enjoyed the car that I rented form Enterprise. The customer service workers were friendly but I felt that, the particular location needs at least 2 persons due to the extremely busy area.
The employee that I dealt with was kind and informative.But now my only issue is, I was told a week ago that my refundable deposit was refunded to me. It should have only taken 1-3 business days but now a week later, I still haven't received it. This is unacceptable because they are messing with customers money.
The absolute best service ever here at Enterprise Leesville. Our rental car agent Gurpreet Pannu was on her first month and did wonderfully. She was also the only person working in the building. She helped every customer in a timely and organized manner and kept a smile the whole time. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Ms. Pannu!
