Because of an unfortunate accident, I needed a rental car to go around town when my car was in repair. Everything was coordinated by my insurance so I was a little skeptical in the beginning. I was then greeted by the nicest and courteous employees. Shoutout to Will who single handedly managed a full lobby with patience and a big smile. He went above and beyond. Made sure I was happy with my car and that I had enough gas to commute for the next two days. I’m beyond grateful.
Overall a good experience. Thanks Johnathan and Will. Few reminders: Call ahead to confirm your vehicle's availability, as online inventory doesn't reflect the ground truth. Give the staff a break, they didn't create the booking/ inventory software. Just because its in the lot it doesn't mean it's available. Yes, vehicles need service. Arrive a bit earlier than your reservation time to buffer for issues. It's good practice to document discrepancies, damages, fuel levels, etc, in general. The staff is highly professional and the customer service is outstanding. William, the branch manager, is truly best in class!
Overall, everything was great. But, I would have liked the hybrid camry way better than the v6 camry. As a tourist I would prefer the hybrid as It does much better in regards of gas. Thank you
