Excellent customer service ! There were two young men at the front desk when I arrived to pick up my car at 2:30pm 10/21/25.. One was attending to someone on the phone and the manager assisted me. I feel bad. I can’t remember his name. But he was super kind, very friendly and made sure I understood everything. He listened to me babble about why I only needed the car for less than 24 hours and how I was worried about driving at night because of deer in the area lol. Took my family to rent car. Fast friendly service.
Enterprise is an awesome company to do business with. When picking up my car, I was meant by a friendly and professional representative. The service was fast and convenient. We will definitely do business with Enterprise again.
Talked me into keeping it an extra day stating that I'd be reimbursed for turning it in early. Then when I came back a day early, told me I don't get anything back because I got the "weekly rate". I will walk to the ends of the earth before I EVER use this company again. Usury plain and simple.
