I posted a review years ago about the old location. When they relocated, they did a complete 180° in customer service! The staff at the Staunton location is always friendly. It's usually busy when I go there, but it's because they make sure customers are comfortable with their rentals.
Employee's were very accommodating and professional 👏 👌 🤣
After cancelling two reservations just weeks prior... Finally I was able to go through with a reservation. My cancellations were due to me not being able to secure a vehicle through friends to take my Road Test to obtain my driver's license. A friend finally pulled through, that was on a Monday. I made a reservation on Wednesday for a car, and I was picking it up on Friday. This is a pretty great place to rent a car. They were short staffed, packed, but still managed customers really well.
Con: It was expensive. Pro: The people that work there in Staunton Virginia are really nice and great.
