I have rented here before and it was a great experience, but this time it was horrible, I had a reservation 4 months in advance for a PREMIUM SUV 8 Seater. NOT a Tahoe or Expedition which is a 7 seater and not much trunk space. . So anyways I get a call around 4 pm the day before I had my reservation and they stated they do not have a premium SUV. broke down in our vehicle while traveling , enterprise got us right in first thing in the morning. Got us in a nice clean, comfortable car and got us back on the road very easy process. Very nice staff.
If I could have given a lower rating, I would have. On a recent reservation, upon returning the vehicle, which I had requested being dropped off afterwards, I was told I would have to wait about an hour, but a lady who came in later was offered a ride while I was sitting there. *I let that go, thinking perhaps they knew each other from before. My rental car (from San Marcos) died on me. Lotaly worked for a few hours to smooth out the issues caused by lack of help from San Marcos and corporate. Despite all the roadblocks, she was able to help me out and get me back in the road. Thanks!
