ComplaintsTrying to sell me an expensive insurance policy I didn't need. Links expiring on rental agreement. Creat card number stolen 4 days after I gave it to you. Had to drive to Enterprise to give them new credit card number. Repeatedly asking me to contact body shop when they couldn't contact them. Changing rental agreement on line with no notification. No problems once again from reservation, to payment, to the vehicle itself, to checkout. Friendly staff as well.
Been here twice in the last few weeks to drop off 2 rental cars and nobody was around. Told on phone it’s only open 3 days a week Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9am-12pm. Apparently due to other businesses in the building the doors are unlocked and the Enterprise area / section of the building looks as tho they are open but they are NOT!!
