Great service and fast!
One good experience. One disappointing experience. Had a reservation since earlier this month. Went to pick up the car today and was told I wasn’t supposed to be there until 10am. Definitely my mistake. But when I asked when I come back at 10 if there will be a car I was told no. No cars in the Kansas City area. Car may be available around 4pm, but my reservation was at 10am for a reason. I’ll need to be leaving town before then. No solution or other options. Super disappointed.
Keep your original receipt. Ask for a physical copy. Take a picture of the odometer before and after. Picked up a car that at pickup had 28400 miles and smelled like a bar it reaked so bad of smoke. Turned it in after 2 days and about 50 miles 6 days later I got an invoice saying I picked it up with 27000 and turns it in with 27977 miles. Got charged for going over mileage on an unlimited rental and they took all deposits I made at pickup. Local and corporate refused to work with me. Horrible service, horrible customer service. Booked big passenger van and they cancelled night before. Offered absolutely zero accommodations nor even a call back when stated they would. Left us out in the the literal rain.
2 month reservation and they can’t have a vehicle ready by then. Worthless
