This was the easiest rental! The agents were delightful and knowledgeable. The Bronco Sport was SO fun! A good experience.
This is one of the best locations I have ever dealt with. When I rented the car 4 weeks ago I got their late and the Associate har helped me stayed late and got me the car so it did not delay me having the use of a car for the week. But I needed it for more than just a week and they checked in on me to see if I needed more time. Once I got my Vehicle situation figured out. A car was not ready and they chose to inconvenience me by having to pay to uber to work. Then hung up the phone on me and chose to cancel my car rental that was set up by insurance.
My experience with Enterprise on Northwest Expressway in OKC was fantastic! The agent was very professional and got us onour way as quickly as possible!
Made a reservation over a week in advance, when I went to pick up the morning of, they said they were not able to obtain the car i had reserved. Never using them again.
