The staff were very courteous and professional. I was in and out quickly and was very satisfied. Overall for the service, product, and price, I would definitely recommend Enterprise.

WE HAVE BEEN RENTING ON A MONTHLY BASIS THROUGH ENTERPRISE AND WE LOVE IT. CHRIS AND BRANDI ARE GREAT. THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATE US WHENEVER WE COME IN. WE USE TO DEAL WITH SIMON AND ALEX BUT THEY ARE NO LONGER AT THE MASON AVE STORE.

I signed up online a few days before I needed the car. I had a choice of three cars when I got there. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I do wish however, that there was a receptionist available fo field phone calls. It's annoying for your associate to have to inerrupt your business to answer the phone. I needed a ride home when I dropped the car off, this was no problem.

I will not rent from anyone else.Lonnie is awesome and very accommodating. He goes out of his way to make your rental experience pleasant. If you make a reservation, your car is clean and ready,when you get there. Kudos.
cars are nice people ok but getting you deposit back pain in rear.
