Awesome team! Very quick and helpful I went to this Enterprise the evening before Thanksgiving after I was completely screwed over by another rental car company with whom I had a reservation with for a month in advance. I was freaking out and no where I called was willing to help, just told me they had nothing.When i called Enterprise the answer i got was, "Darn, it is the evening before a holiday so it will be hard but let me see what i can do to find you a car." Ken Fernie I was very disappointed with my last Rental. I had to repeat my address over six times before the agent got it correct, even then the driver had trouble finding me although my home is right at the street. I had reserved my car 24 hours previously, expecting reasonable service, but didn't get picked up 'til 0900, having called at 0801 and again at 0830.
