Great customer service!
I have rented twice from the location and both times the experience has been great, vehicles were clean and the people at the counter were fast - keep up the great work
I highly recommend this Enterprise branch to rent from if you are in the Fort Hood/Copperas Cove area. They usually have a great selection to choose from and the staff are very helpful and professional.
The person working the front desk here was so friendly, patient and professional and he was swamped. I wasn't able to get a vehicle that day because I didn't make an appointment and it was a holiday weekend, but just watching him have to deal with everone with such grace made me appreciate him.
