Our experience was great up until today. We rented a vehicle last week and the lady was so kind and helpful over the phone when we changed what car we wanted and the time and then again when my husband went in to pick it up. Today we realized we would not be back at the time we thought for drop off. The lady who answered the phone was rude and would not stop talking long enough for me to get an understanding of the policy and answers to my questions. When renting from Enterprise I can not express enough I highly recommend to just rent from the airport location. Skip the hassle, wait, confusion, and you will get a clean car at the airport and they will have gas, and be cleaned when they suggest the car to you. The staff at the Enterprise location is always pleasant not sure of her name she may be a manager or team lead but she is always on her A game and professional.
