Great Customer service and would definitely use them again.
My experience with Enterprise was excellent from start to finish. The representative at the counter was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and stress-free. They even upgraded us to a better vehicle than the one we originally reserved, which was a pleasant surprise. I booked my rental through the Copperas Cove location for my trip to Chicago, and the entire process was the most seamless car rental experience I've ever had. I can not thank Jayden enough. I am currently in Copperas Cove in a rental that I rented from a Waco location, I am driving had a low tire pressure light come on I was right by discount tire and pulled in and after discount looking they could not repair the tire. I attempted to call the enterprise location I rented from they are closed today, I called the roadside assistance and they said they do not work with Discount Tire and recommended me to try and switch it out with the local enterprise.
