Great service! The managers and associates are extremely helpful and the rental process was extremely smooth!
Staff did not acknowledge or welcome me when I entered. After waiting over 10 minutes someone got up from a desk and asked if I had a reservation without eye contact, or a warm greeting. They told me they didn't have the car I reserved. I took an Uber 30 minutes to get there and was told because I booked within the last 2 hours they don't have any vans. I said I have a confirmation.
