Very unprofessional like I normally go to Springfield, Pa location which always provides excellent services booked a rental with this location for 3 days from pick up to drop off was just a disaster, everyone in there acted as they were irritated and did not want to service anyone, I had to wait over an hour for a car, the car was in good condition until I started driving and noticed the tire sensor kept coming on, I put air in the tire twice and it kept going down I called enterprise and was placed in a long hold and when s... read more
