Illegally charged my credit card when other driver's insurance was paying for my car even after my date was extended to drive the rental. Great service! The managers and associates are extremely helpful and the rental process was extremely smooth!
Staff did not acknowledge or welcome me when I entered. After waiting over 10 minutes someone got up from a desk and asked if I had a reservation without eye contact, or a warm greeting. They told me they didn't have the car I reserved. I took an Uber 30 minutes to get there and was told because I booked within the last 2 hours they don't have any vans. I said I have a confirmation.
