I had a confirmed reservation for 11 am September 14, 2026 at the Riverside Drive location Macon Ga. I called several times starting at 8 am to requested a pick up from the Mercedes Benz dealership. The Macon office never answered. I called another number I found online and spoke with an associate ( three times ) Each time I was assured that I would receive a call regarding the pick up request.
