Not sure what to say as I only dropped a friend off here; and she was NOT happy with the service! As an awards member she expected"better" service!
I believe in second chances so I made sure to give enterprise a third chance well…. this particular location. We’ve rented for enterprise for many years over and at this location we’ve always seem to have issues. I’m pleased today that our issue was finally resolved with the confusion with our rental..
Enterprise on Riverside was great I enjoyed my rental car didn’t have any issues from pickup to return. The staff was down to earth and still very professional! Jersey especially! If you need a rental and head then I pray you get to experience the same wonderful level of customer service I have.
Had to extend my rental and Jersey was so patient and kind ! This location is top tier , I always have a great experience
