I hate going to enterprise to get a rental car. It's one of my least favorite things to do, especially after my car gets hit by a deer and I'm left with no choice. There is always a delay getting a car and I'm in there for HOURS! THE STAFF IS AMAZING AND IT IS FAST SERVICE! WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!
My family rented a car from this enterprise from June 20th to June 22nd. The ride was smooth and the customer service was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, everything went sour after turning the car in after the trip. Twice, I have been charged $24.79 for a toll fee when we did not go through any tolls. Fortunately, I had my card locked, so no money was taken out. Furthermore, I called and asked about this matter. I had a somewhat disappointing experience at first, (State Farm I'm assuming, not sure). A semi dump truck took out the driver side front end of my pickup truck and State Farm stated that someone will be there to pick up my family. (I wasn't involved in the accident, I arrived to my children on my motorcycle) I waited for the rental to show up for over an hour....
