Everything went smoothly. We rented from this location a few times. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they get you in and out quickly. The car was great and the rental experience went well, too.
One star. I booked a one-way rental for a work trip. The pickup was disorganized. After a long delay at another Brooklyn location, I was sent to this branch, where I was given a subcompact in poor condition. The bigger problem came afterward. Weeks later I was billed over $1,500 for damage that was not flagged when I returned the vehicle and was not logged until hours after drop-off.
