Freeport location has given me more problems than any service any company has provided. Poor establishment with unbearable CSR. Asked to speak to a polite representative that’s helped since the day of picking up the rental and only have continued my reservation because of Karla (maybe spelt differently) has been exceptional. Asked to speak to her today regarding updating return date and payment and was attempted to be charged an extra $120 and still ended up charging me $30 more by the representative Sydney.
