I initially booked a reservation through Hertz but they only had EVs when I went to pick up, which wouldn't have been suitable for the type of trip I was taking. They recommended I try this Enterprise, and I'm glad I did. Matt went above and beyond to help me get a rental car at the last minute, making sure it was a car I was comfortable driving and answering my questions. Thank you, Matt!
