Very positive experience with this Enterprise. First car we rented had a nail in the tire and they quickly swapped cars, discounted our rate, and then gave us another $50 off our bill. We didn’t ask for any of that. Great customer retention!!!

Absolutely atrocious service. We booked this rental two months ahead of time, and specifically asked the booking agent if we would need a credit card. We were told that we did not need a credit card and that a debit card would be ok. Fast forward to today: we arrive at the store to pick up the vehicle and are told we WOULD need a credit card, and they refused to rent us a vehicle. I had this rental due to a car accident. I loved the seamless process between the insurance company, the repair shop and Enterprise as they all worked together behind the scences to do the necessary aurhorizations, phone calls, and paperwork on my behalf. It was such an easy process. The car was clean, ready and exactly what was promised. Everyone was professional and even gave rides to and from the repair shop where my vehicle was being repaired. Thank you Enterprise for a great experience!
