The Enterprise in Tempe provided exemplary customer service. I was in a tight situation and the team went above and beyond to assist me. Both Michael and Josh were not only helpful but compassionate, empathetic and sincerely supportive. The Team’s manager, Jay, has set an example for what it really means to ensure a client is treated respectfully and is heard. I am very grateful for all three of them!
Jordan and his team are beyond amazing. This location happens to be the closest to me but even if it was much farther away, I would still go out of my way to pick up my rental here because of Jordan and his team.
