Was renting a car for a while I waited for my car to get fixed, was an OK experience. Was not happy when they raised the prices over $100 and they didn’t want to discount me even though I’d been renting for about three weeks, and I’ve always been a loyal customer around any other time I use enterprise on my journeys. But oh well, they were very helpful enough and did give me some credit to a degree for the last 2 weeks of my rental so I can’t complain totally
I have worked with Enterprise locations before, and they were all great friendly staff, and very cordial. This location on the other hand is an exception. I highly suggest renting from Enterprise, but not from this location. Very poor attitudes, and I was passed off and dismissed immediately upon entering the location.
I recently had a car repair at a nearby facility. The staff were courteous, efficient, and helpful. They coordinated with the insurance and repair companies for a seamless, pain-free experience. Great customer service. Would definitely work with them again.
I love the outstanding service at Enterprise! Thomas Eckel, Nicholas Buell, Jose and Marquette (sp.?), were all excellent. Each of them displayed outstanding customer service! I was very impressed—they made the experience seamless and easy. The truck was very clean and comfortable! Thomas had found me the nicest truck in Portland!
