I've rented many vehicles from here over the years. Usually trucks. They require a credit card. The economy class, that I had reserved does not. A debit card is usually sufficient. I must have offended the youngster behind the counter because qhen he asked about my employment Iwhen I told him I was retired. Then there were new requirements. I have used this location for 4 years, renting 3 to 4 times a year for up to a week. I am from NC and use this location despite being out of state. Before this, I used the one on McLoughlin that has since closed. When I visited in September 2025 there was a new manager, and he explained some policy changes because I'm an out of state customer, in a very hostile manner. He downtalked me, though he is clearly quite fresh to the workforce (dont tell him that because as he said "this is my store buddy"). Lame story short, he had... read more
