I had such a horrible experience renting a car from here last Friday. I was given a wrecked car that reeked of a disgusting smell. I Definitely won’t be back to this store.

I had a terrible experience with this Enterprise branch while using a rental during a warranty claim with Canton Chevy. The communication was extremely poor from start to finish. When I called for a billing update, I was lied to about what was happening, and then they tried to charge my card for the entire rental without any explanation. The staff came across as unprofessional and made the whole process unnecessarily stressful.
