The staff was very friendly and helpful and the vehicle was clean. Very fast service both in and out.
Super easy smooth pickup and drop off
I went from a stressful situation to a wonderful solution, all thanks owed to the Jamestown Branch Manager, Se'Anna Beikirch. The original vehicle I picked up at the Buffalo airport had a few small issues, and a larger issue in that the brakes seemed to be worn down to the point of making harsh grinding noises every time they were applied. It was easy getting a car while mine was being repaired, assistance was given when needed understanding the new car and was able to leave my car at the garage for drop off.
Did incredibly well by me. Came and picked me up from the collision shop, got me in a car in under 10 minutes of me hitting the door, and let me drop the rental off right at the collision shop again. Highly reccomend!
