I'd rate it 0 if it would let me. They called me 8 hours before I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle to tell me they have nothing available. I'd had it booked for 2 weeks with no issue. Apparently "all" of their mini vans are being "recalled" and their District Manager told them to cancel the reservations. There was NO attempt to get me into something similar, I even asked and was told no. Terrible customer service, terrible business. Never again.
Thanks again for the quick and courteous service. The Jamestown office is fantastic.
