The Jeep Grand Cherokee was a very nice and reliable vehicle. The price for the number of days that I needed it was good. The employee that I dealt with (JC) was very nice, professional and explained everything to me. I had a great rental experience and was thoroughly satisfied.

Heather undertood and was very cordial when I returned to swap the mini-van for a small SUV because of wife's leg issues that made entry/exit painful.
