This is one of the best locations to get a car from they are very welcoming. The manager does a great job. The staff is always all very friendly and courteous to everyone despite how the customer was being rude to them so I would definitely recommend this location.
The one star is for the manager to realize he needs one more employee at this location. Poor people are overwhelmed while 12 families wait to pick up and drop off a car. The other star is for the incredible employees that have to endure this job! If it weren’t for these incredible people, I would have only left the one star. Manager: two things need to be changed immediately. One, there needs to be an extra employee just to manage the return vehicles. I want to thank Shelby for working with us at this location. This location is very busy and she was slammed but assisted us with great customer service while she was multitasking. She went above and beyond in helping us deal with insurance coverage and making sure we had the right vehicle for our family.
