This will be my last time renting from Enterprise. This is literally the 3rd time I’ve had to settle for a vehicle that I didn’t ask for. Wanted a luxury vehicle (for a reason) and upon arrival they did not have any luxury vehicles on the lot. They stated it was at another location. I booked this reservation about 2 weeks in advance, so they had plenty of time to have the vehicle at this location. I wouldn’t be upset if this was the 1st time, but they never have it together here in Mesquite… So lesson learned for me.
Where to start, I admire the professionalism the staff has. Great spirits all around. From sitting patiently for them to get to me, and seeing how some customers are, they are some pretty awesome Enterprise staff. I can't remember all their names but it's all of them at the Mesquite, Military location. Especially in this Texas heat. I don't know how they do it. Kudos to them. Highly recommend this location. Just needs a bigger parking lot. Gets a bit chaotic sometimes. Like Tetris :) Thank you guys and keep up the good work.... read more
I often use Enterprise for car rentals and my experiences have been AWESOME! I highly recommended ENTERPRISE! They also take debit cards, will pick-up and drop off!
Easy checkin, had the vehicle I needed and the return was seamless
