John here at this location was fantastic and great customer service. I had to drive from Fredericksburg because that location was not it and not organized and John helped out so much and was so friendly and helpful I will be definitely going back to the Kerrville location to rent again

This location sucks. Needing to rent a car because the car I bought from Enterprise Sales (at another location) is in shop after just 5 months of purchase. The Enterprise in the town I live in never has inventory even though this location is suppose to help supplement them. While waiting for over 5 days on the shop to get approval on warrenty coverage , I desperately needed a car. Because of delayI had to rent as personal use at higher rate.
