I took my grandma with dementia here and told them that she did not need there insurance as her car insurance would cover there car before I left. Needless to say they still offered her the insurance and had her sign for it. Before she caught that she was being charged for this they had already charged her a total of $805.69 for it. I made a reservation for 11:00 a.m. and arrived about 10 minutes early. Unfortunately, I waited over 20 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged, which was frustrating. I understand the employee was short-staffed, but a quick update or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Once it was my turn, the employee was very apologetic for the wait and lack of greeting. Andrew got me into a car quick, and easy. Super friendly staff make the experience better. Thanks for lending me a cord for the apple play. I really appreciate that! Loved the car I drove. It was a new Camry, and was perfect for my long drive.

Cars are always dirty. Windows always need the be cleaned after pickup. Especially the windshield!

If I could give a zero I would. I am in town for an event- I drove 6+ hours in a rental provided by another location. There is a problem with the tire on the car and I notified the pick up location. I listened to the manager call and speak to the kerrville manager and arrange for me to come and switch the car out. At 12:04 they told me to go to the location and if the door was locked to knock and he would be there to facilitate the change.
