Came to rent a car here and there was four people ahead of me . The guy was by himself working here. He was washing cars before he could rent them. We been waiting here quite a while already, they need more staff, or hire someone to wash and clean them instead of customers waiting for a very long time.

The car I rented from enterprise broke down in my driveway the first day. I called for assistance and was told to get my own assistance. Wrecker took 24 hours to respond. I returned the car the next day because I didn’t trust it. I was charged $50.00 for the assistance ( that I had to get). The manager seemed rude and didn’t want to be bothered. We’ll, I will never bother enterprise again and I strongly advise anyone thinking of renting here to consider the way I was treated before using this place.

Andrew and Rene are both hard workers, professional and super helpful. On Saturdays the place is definitely understaffed. When we rented about 3 weeks ago, Andrew was alone in the office and even though there were some rude customers, because of the wait, he handled it all amazing. Last Saturday it looked like it was only Rene, Andrew and another girl and Andrew ran from helping to clean cars, to helping Rene with the customers inside.
