Didn't have a car for me. It crashed before I was able to rent it. I called several times to talk, but they didn't answer.
The employees are super nice and helpful. The Mazda they gave me smelled like an ash tray. I wanted to get get a CT scan after driving it. Can't say I blame enterprise for the rude person who smoked in the car when it clearly has a sign "no smoking" I guess if people don't care about their own lungs they won't care about a rental car. The car is ruined once it's smoked in. Matt seemed like a nice guy and was suppose to call me with a replacement that didn't smell. That didn't happen though.
