Exception staff and service! Today I dropped my car at the body shop and got a ride to enterprise only to find my liscence expired last week. I had no ride and had my 3 year old and if you can imagine they had someone drive me to the kiosk to let me renew it! They went above and beyond yet it seemed no big deal to them. Worth the drive to find friendly caring staff!

I recently had the pleasure of renting a vehicle from Enterprise located in Smyrna the staff was friendly and extremely accommodating I really felt valued as a consumer which is rare to find I would recommend this location to anyone in need of a rental car it feels like family atmosphere and they really go out there way to be professional and polite

I just don't give 5 stars..I really have no complaints other than that the rental could have been cleaned better between rentals..otherwise, customer service was great, Greg was awesome and friendly. The rental process went smoothly from acquisition to return. I'd recommend and would rent again.

I recently rented a car from the Enterprise in Smyrna Tennessee. I was advised to park my car around back as I was pulling my car into the spot one of the girls that washes cars quickly pulled her car into the spot that I had already begun navigating into. When I complained to the supervisor he offered for me to park my car in a spot that was literally a half a block away.
