Reserved a car online 13 days ahead of time and checked in for my reservation 24 hours early. I did show up 30 mins late but when I got there they said they gave my car away. They offered me a smaller rental car than I reserved and reluctantly I had to sit around and wait for it because I had no other options. I was in an accident at the beginning of the year, and using Enterprise quite a bit. All the gentlemen in the Clovis NM location are awesome! From the front desk to the service/maintenance guys! Always courteous,even when short staffed and really busy. Each of them do their best at accommodating me with a vehicle that works for me. Although they have limited vehicles,due to the smaller location. They truly go above and beyond...such as,adjusting my seat so I feel comfortable and safe.

I recently rented a car through Enterprise this past weekend, and they gave me a coupe with a sun roof. I didn’t mind the vehicle at all, and I liked all the features it had. Only issue I had was that whenever I would reach 60MPH, the vehicle would start shaking violently. It made me worry about if I was going to make it home or not. If that wouldn’t have happened, then I would have gave 5 stars.
