Just save yourself the trouble and rent from somewhere else. What you reserve online may not be available and you may have to take a smaller size vehicle as was the case with me. I rented a midsize SUV, which was not available when I arrived to pick it up, nor were any upgrades available. Instead I drove a Volkswagen Jetta eight hours to Wisconsin (and back). If zero stars were an option that would be more appropriate. Made a reservation to rent a van and a car for a week, weeks in advance only to get a call 3 days before pick up to inform me they don't have any vehicles available. After speaking with the manager I requested a return phone call by the end of the day, that didn't happen. When I called back after waiting all day I asked what solution they have came up with and the employee informed me that "maybe you should check elsewhere".
