Very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend.
I had put my debit card information into the prebooking system before Colten called and confirmed my reservation. He called twice once the day before and once the day of confirming that I had a car and my arrival time. I have rented cars here 3 times in the last few months on my debit card with no issues. They charge a $300 deposit and the cost of the rental. Once the car was retuned they return the deposit. When I arrived Colten was no where to be in the office.
