Never received a receipt for a previous rental. Have tried calling multiple times to their branch in Marathon, FL and no response. Other branches will only direct you to the very branch that won’t respond. Not very good customer service.

Rented one day one way and knew this was coming. They don’t bother to check their inventory and even though I dropped off early, they charged extra days. Cherry on top is waiting over a week since the car was returned to send the bill. (Perhaps so renter forgets to check?). Not happy to mentally keep looking for the bill and now to have to follow up due to their lack of performance.
