Made a reservation. Got an Uber to pick up the car. Arrived 10 minutes after making the reservation and they said they had no more cars. Then why the hell did you allow the reservation?!

DO NOT RENT ONE WAY. Customer Sevice was THE worst today. They run you in circles telling you they have a car and ended up not providing me with one. Long story short. I booked a one way rental to SW, FL early this morning to catch a flight in SW FL later tonight. This morning at 9:30 am I went in with my confirmation code and was told there were "no cars available". You can imagine my surprise.
