Good customer service, fast service, and reasonable prices.
I pre-booked a rental online, I was going to arrive 2 hours so I called ahead and they said they would adjust the time. When I arrived the people in front were upset because they didn’t have a ca for them from a reservation. When I got to the counter they also didn’t have a car for me. I have a flight to catch in Ft Lauderdale this evening. I had to drive to key west to try to get a car, 2.5 hours of extra driving. I would not use enterprise again
