Cancelled my original reservation without calling me and then put me in a much smaller vehicle after writing up a new order.
The online reservation process was easy and efficient, however, the personal touch and professionalism at the counter during check out and return was the best part. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. That experience is why I am a returning customer.
